Bandizip is one of the best file unzipper around. It is quite fast when you compress files, there are also other tools like this which are also fast, but during the installation, they have lots of ads and aggressive toolbars.
Not only can you view archives, you can also create them. Bandizip is one of the fastest tools around, not just compared to free ones, it is also faster than the commercial ones.
This tool has a right click menu, you can check it out if the menu has options you do not need. IF there is something you don’t need on the menu, you can customize it and put the functions you just need or the ones you always use.
Bandizip supports a wide variety of formats. This program can create formats like ZIP, 7Z, GZ, TAR, and a lot more. Mind you, there are no other free programs out there that can make RAR archives, WinRAR can but it is a paid program. It’s the reason why ZIP format is widely used, you won’t need to pay for a program that can create and extract ZIP archives.
If you do not like the right click menu, this program has a standalone user interface, you can work on your archives right there, working on your archives here will be fast since you can just drag and drop files.
Software has a very simple interface which is well organized, here, you can test your archives for errors which can be useful before you share a file to someone. Aside from that, you can also choose from some of its compression methods. You can compress your files to have them in small file size or you can just simply make a normal archive.
This program is so fast and reliable that a lot of 7-Zip users have already jumped up and used the Bandizip and abandoned 7-Zip. Aside from catering a wide range of archive formats, it also has a portable version.
Who would not want a good program with a small size, very light to use, extremely fast, has an awesome user interface, and supports a lot of archive formats right?
