The Dev C++ is a maintain version from Orwell and built as open source. It features MinGW GCC4.8.1 and TDM GCC on 32 and 64 bits respectively. The software allows syntax highlighting with automated code completion. It will show you information about any code whenever you hovers the mouse on that code. The best part of Dev C++ is it helps users by providing the editable tools and shortcuts with GPROF profiling and GDB debugging. It can work as the Devpak IDE extensions.
