If you need to find out details about your graphics card, such as the kernel used, current frequencies, radiated TDP, temperature, BIOS version and many other parameters, try GPU Caps Viewer. In addition to the graphics itself, the tool provides insight into other system components and is one of the few to manage OpenGL, CUDA, and OpenCL support information, with built-in benchmarks to test performance. Results can be uploaded to an online database and exported to XML for local use.
The program can:
Display graphics card information (manufacturer, type, memory size, driver versions)
find out information about the card's ability to use OpenGL (OpenGL version, texture size, etc.),
See the OpenGL extensions supported by your graphics card
View core GPU temperatures
perform stress tests to verify the stability of the card and its graphics core.
