When it comes to Cloud Storage, OneDrive is truly one of the best. There are many various features hidden within that make it a reliable way to backup, protect your data and much more. One of the best features of OneDrive is probably the fact that it is compatible across all of your devices, such as PC, MAC, Android and iOS.
The interface is very simple and intuitive. Everything is arranged exactly where you expect it to be and the overall experience gives you the feeling that OneDrive has a mind of its own.
You can use OneDrive to work with Microsoft Software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. The backup is done real-time on any device no matter if it’s a desktop, mobile device or a web service. OneDrive is very good for Companies as well, the powerful and fast processing speeds of the cloud allows people to see in real-time the latest information. Another important aspect of OneDrive is that it is secure, and this is very important when it comes to important company data.
OneDrive is also extremely useful for consumers. Besides the fact that it’s preinstalled on any Windows 10 device, it’s also enabled to backup photos and documents automatically so that you don’t lose anything. The photos you save in the cloud are tagged based on their visual and this helps you find what you need much faster. If more than one person is using the same OneDrive account, you will be notified instantly and in real-time when a document is being edited and by whom.
OneDrive works best if you have a device that runs windows 10. The cloud is deep integrated with the operating system and the experience is so much better. After you have taken a photo, in just seconds it will be uploaded to the cloud where it will be safe and the same goes for videos.
While we were testing OneDrive to see everything it can and can’t do, we realized how well designed this cloud platform truly is. Because of the fact that the transfer speeds are high you can rapidly continue where you left off on a different device. The data plans for OneDrive are as follows. The basic and free plan is 5GB, then you have 50GB and if you want more you can opt for 1TB or even 5TB. We didn’t include the prices here because they might change, but to be honest they are quite cheap.
