Closing programs on Windows is actually easy, just clicking the file and exit and you’re done. Pressing Alt+F4 will also do the trick, the Task Manager can also help you do this just by simply pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc then right click the process and then click End Task. But when you need to close multiple programs or restart them, it gets a bit more complicated.
The ProcessKO makes closing, restarting, and working with troublesome programs easy. You might think it has a big file size; actually, it only has 207kb of file size, which means you would be done downloading it before you get done blinking your eye. It also runs on anything from Windows 98 up to the latest Windows OS. Now, once you get this program up and running, it will be easy for you to close any running programs simply by right clicking ProcessKO’s system tray icon and then select “Instant KO” then choose your target program from the list.
Make sure to be careful because once clicked, ProcessKO closes the chosen program right away. You can find the Favorites system on ProcessKO where you can list processes you regularly use and simply close them with a single click. You may also choose a process on the list by right clicking and you will see an option to run that certain process. Another feature is the KO Timer wherein it monitors your system for any programs or process you choose and it closes them automatically after a given delay which is from 2 to 19 seconds. To kill an application, you just need to press Ctrl+Alt+F4 and to restart just press Ctrl+Alt+F5, the Alt+F4 would also work, but with Process KO’s version, it forces a program to close even if it has unsaved data. It also has a system shutdown menu which can be accessed on the system tray. IT has the usual options like Shut down, restart, standby, and hibernate but in two different running modes, Normal and Aggressive.
ProcessKO also has its own limitations like it cannot touch your system processes as it only use the close technique just like the Windows’ close command. Even so, there are still a lot of useful features that ProcessKO has to offer which could save you time by simply doing a few clicks to lessen the hassle.
